具体要求：

1) Making strategic planning for global sourcing, lead an effective sourcing team
2) Leading the sourcing team for supplier selection, management and keep good relations.
3) Leading negotiations with critical partners and is responsible for implementation and final resolution of purchase agreements to meet schedule, quality and cost objectives.
4) Implement supply chain strategy by commodity segments, ensuring sourcing decisions are made per the commodity plan and are in the best interest of the company through optimizing cost;
5) Search, develop and qualify suitable supplier in Asia for responsible sourcing project.
6) Provide guidance to site supplier management teams during the process of product localization;
7) Represents the procurement team in China in supporting manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and R&D departments in US.
8) Monitor and understand injection molding, aluminum die casting, machining, and stampings industry best in class supply chain practices. Drive continuous improvement through process improvements with the supply base.
9) Qualify and source competitive injection molding, aluminum die casting, machining, and stampings and mechanical suppliers.
10) Routinely monitor process and production capabilities to insure quality and reliability standards are maintained.
11) Price negotiation with suppliers to achieve maximum saving by lowering total acquisition costs.
