Requirements:
1. University degree, preferably in logistics/transportation fields
2. CET-4, good command of both oral and written English
3. Good knowledge in Microsoft applications
4. Good inter-personal skills and team-work spirit.
Accountabilities:
1. Report to the customer service supervisor of OLCL
2. Coordinate with other team members to provide best customer service to our customers in all respects, which include, but not limit to, regular contact with customers, complete booking process as well as documentation service and system input
3. Responsible to review the performance of yourself and a proper monthly report will be formulated for your regular reporting
4. Ensure zero defect of our documentation/data quality to our customers. |
